Installation dates depend on technician availability, property access, and installation requirements. We will communicate confirmed arrangements and any changes affecting your order.

Internet speeds, wireless coverage, and Wi-Fi performance depend on the selected service, network conditions, equipment, device capabilities, and your premises. Any specific performance commitments are those stated in your applicable service agreement.

7. Payments, Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Payment obligations and billing arrangements will be explained before purchase and set out in your order or service agreement.

Cancellation charges, equipment-return requirements, device-financing balances, and refund eligibility depend on the product, your agreement, and applicable law.

For products or services sold directly by FutureGen, any applicable return or refund policy will be disclosed before purchase.

Contact us if you need assistance cancelling an order or identifying the correct return process. Nothing in these terms removes any statutory cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer right.
